Aquaculture Feed

Marine fish meal and fish oil remain the key ingredients for aquaculture feeds despite their limited supply.  This is due to the fact that these ingredients contain an exceptional combination of essential nutrients necessary for optimal growth and health of the fish.

Fish-Based Aquaculture Feed Ingredients

Our aquaculture feed ingredients are derived from fresh cuttings of seafood originally harvested for human consumption.  Our raw material source is sustainable, and in contrast to industrial fish meal production we do not utilize a whole fish resource.

Our products include premium high-protein, low-ash fish meal, typical commodity fish meals, fish protein concentrate, marine fish oils, and shrimp shell meal.  As compared to similar products in the market, our fish meals are more digestible, several provide increased concentrations of amino acids, and some can be used to control phosphorus discharge in hatchery and farm effluent.  Our fish oils contain a complete array of fatty acids including substantial levels of omega-3 docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).  Shrimp shell meal can be an important ingredient in larval shrimp feeds.

We believe our fish and shellfish-based ingredients can help formulators and manufacturers improve quality and value in aquaculture feeds.  Our products support achievement of critical nutritional objectives and can create formulation space.  We document all raw materials utilized to ensure our finished products can be traced and described.
